Description
Pottery Wheel Class, a Must Do:
Are you looking for the best Pottery Wheel Class Siem Reap? If so, join us at the Khmer Ceramics and Fine Arts Centre. Specifically, this workshop offers a unique and authentic opportunity to learn how to create beautiful Cambodian ceramics on a traditional pottery wheel.
What’s the Pottery Wheel Class Experience?
First and foremost, this workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn a new skill and engage with the local community. Moreover, it is a perfect, fun, and meditative experience for individuals, families, groups of friends, and school groups.
To begin, a professional local artist demonstrates how to make Cambodian masterpieces. Simultaneously, our experienced potters guide you in creating stunning ceramic pieces during this Pottery Wheel Class Siem Reap using local clay.
Subsequently, after you finish throwing your pieces, you learn how to add unique Khmer Kbach (ornamentation) designs using proper carving tools. Next, you choose one of your pieces to be your “masterpiece,” which we then fire in a kiln overnight. Finally, you can pick it up the next day after 6:00 PM, along with a Potter’s Diploma. As a result, you can display your unique piece as a souvenir for your friends and family back home.
