Experience the Best Clay Modeling Class in Siem Reap
Welcome to a unique hands-on adventure. During this Clay Modeling Class, you experience the art of making Cambodian ceramics. This workshop is the ideal activity for families and schools visiting Siem Reap. First, an expert artist demonstrates methods of creating pieces by modeling clay. Then, they help you shape your own unique piece.
In the second part of the workshop, the expert potter assists you. Specifically, they help you finalize your designs with proper carving tools. Afterward, we fire your masterpiece in a kiln overnight. Consequently, it will be ready for pickup the next week along with a potter’s diploma. This is a unique opportunity to interact with the local community.
What to Expect During the Clay Modeling Class
This is a genuine and unique thing to do in Siem Reap. You will learn traditional modeling techniques. Additionally, you use Khmer carving tools to fashion Cambodian kbach during this 2-hour session. When you arrive at the Khmer Ceramics center, a professional local artist greets you. They demonstrate how to model masterpieces.
Under the expert eye of your instructor, you can have a go with piece of art modeling. You will mold an image from local clay. We fire your pottery in the kiln overnight. Therefore, it is ready for pickup the following week. We pack it safely along with a potter’s diploma. Thus, you can display your souvenir for your friends and family back home. However, if you prefer to have your pieces shipped home, we can arrange this at your own expense.

- We can arrange shipping to your home address; however, you must cover the cost.

- For a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
