Conferences occurring during the IKCF are managed in association with the Center for Khmer Studies and Heritage Watch, and will be perform at their main site at Wat Damnak (www.khmerstudies.com).

Workshop: Designing and making the stamps for glazing  by ceramist Michael Pugh, AU.
1pm to 4 pm
Workshop: Khmer traditional paddle and anvil technique by Nara.
Workshop: Pit firing by trainees of NCKCR.
 
During the day, loading of a stoneware kiln for the firing on Monday 15 th.

Workshop: Throwing upside down by ceramist Alan Lacovetsky, from Winnipeg, CA.
1pm to 4pm
Workshop: Hand building ancestral techniques part 1 by ceramist Laurence Chabard (FR).
 
All-day long Kiln firing of stonewares.
2pm to 5pm is the best time to observe and photograph the kiln firing in action.

Opening 9am of the pit firing from 14/12/08

Workshop: Throwing oval forms by ceramist Alan Lacovetsky, from Winnipeg, CA.

Workshop: Hand building ancestral techniques part 2 by ceramist Laurence Chabard (FR).
 
All day long reduction firing
