Janet Mansfield :

Janet is a member of the Order of Australia for her services to the Arts (Ceramics) in Australia over very many years. As well as being an internationally recognized ceramic artist in her own right.
In addition, Janet Mansfield is the owner, publisher and editor of the following two international ceramic publications: CERAMICS – Art and Perception International; and Ceramics TECHNICAL.

Louis Katz :

Louis is a professor of Ceramics at Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi, Texas, USA . Louis Katz often gives lectures on Dankwean and other Thai villages that specifically address the changes that have taken place in their products during their transition to primarily an export market.

Suwanee Natewong :

Suwanee is a potter from Dankwean Village, Nakhorn Ratchasima, Thailand,. Suwanee Natewong runs a successful export business and has lived and worked in Dankwean since 1974. She has participated in the development of that village from a local utilitarian pottery to an export powerhouse.

Alan Lacovetsky :

Alan is graduated with a Fine Arts Degree from the University Of Manitoba in 1979. He then moved to Australia where he worked, and taught ceramics for over 10 years. Upon returning to Winnipeg he immediately became very active in the ceramics community by joining the Stoneware Gallery, becoming the president of the Manitoba Crafts Council, and teaching in the ceramics department at the University of Manitoba.
